All systems are developed, assembled and validated at our UK facility, ensuring full traceability and rapid iteration. We also work to the major safety and compliance frameworks associated with modern battery development such as UN 38.2 and UN ECE R100.

Our team produces bespoke looms tailored to each programme, using high‑integrity materials, motorsport‑grade components and industry‑proven assembly methods. We support everything from low‑volume prototype builds to full series manufacture, ensuring consistency, reliability and ease of installation.

Alongside loom and harness production, our Electronics Department delivers PCB population, control box assembly, system integration, testing and fault‑finding. We work closely with our Mechanical and Powertrain teams to ensure that every electrical system is correctly packaged, documented and validated.
