GeoDrone is designed especially for land surveying, mapping and different forest and agriculture requirements. It is a quick and easy to use solution to visualize, measure and model different kind of targets.
GeoDrone is outstanding in its class. The flight weight with imaging capability is only 5 kilograms and it is able to map over 100 hectares during a single flight. When imaging with a 24 Mpx camera in 150 meters the ground sample distance size is 3 centimeters. GeoDrone can be equipped with a fixed nadir ortho gimbal or with a 3-axis gyro stabilized brushless gimbal and video link. The drone is designed for challenging weather conditions, for example, the max wind is 15 m/s.
GeoDrone includes the VideoDrone Ground Station flight planning software. The application works on Windows computers and makes it possible to import own map overlays and digital elevation models. The actual flight is carried out automatically and can be autonomous, too.
X8L is at its best in gusty wind. Contra-rotating 15-inch propellers react very fast to the wind changes and the drone stays stable. X8L is the right choice, if the aircraft is to be used in challenging weather conditions and a shorter flight time is acceptable.

VideoDrone® is designed for aerial observation tasks like surveillance, monitoring, thermal inspections as well as helping farmers to analyze crops.
VideoDrone quadcopters are very light weight. The rigid carbon fiber frame is based on Finnish top know- how and weighs only 500 grams. Ultra-lightness means more flight time, easier handling, reduced battery consumption and improved safety.
The closed frame protects the electronics and the batteries from dust, rain and strong wind. State of the art technology has been used in the body: light and durable carbon fiber and laser printed 3D parts.
The quadcopter has been developed to meet challenging conditions and the stability is very good even in strong winds (max. wind 15 m/s). The quadcopter’s MTOM is 6.4 kg and it can reach up to 68-minute flight times.
The shipment includes the aircraft, gimbal, camera/sensor, remote controller, batteries, chargers, video link and monitor. We also provide the operational training.
